Fundacja ZenDriving, Poland, uses proven psychological methods, including biofeedback to learn how to regulate your body and mindfulness to better manage emotions. It has published “Mindful Driving Toolkit” in order to present safe and mindful driving to a wider audience. In 2019, ZenDriving initiated a new innovative educational project: “I don’t lose my head on the road”, a six-week mobile app mindfulness training for youth, which it has made available to everyone during to the pandemic. Mindfulness practice not only prevents distracted driving and road rage, but also reduces daily stress and anxiety.

ANCOSEV, Uruguay, was created in 2014. It focuses its work on disseminating and raising awareness of the importance of two pillars of the Decade of Action for Road Safety 2011-2020 that have not been prioritized in Uruguay: Safe Roads and Safer Vehicles. Through contact and exchange with various state agencies and entities, ANCOSEV has drawn the attention of decision makers and provided solutions for these important issues.
